It is clear that a significant number of sons of African refugees are adopting a “race”-based gangsta identity, pushing them into inevitable violent crime, including gang rape. Family and friends of a 14 year-old girl allegedly gang-raped in a western Sydney park say they know who the perpetrators are and have pointed the finger at an African gang operating in the Blacktown area. Police continue to hose down reports of retaliatory violence but an African youth was attacked by a group in Blacktown two weeks ago and was hospitalised with severe groin injuries.
