MUSLIMS TIGHTENING THEIR GRIP ON AUSTRALIA’S PARLIAMENT

A vote for Labor is a vote for Islam

Although just 2.2 per cent of the population, Australia’s organised Islamic minority is exerting a disproportionate and worrying influence on Australia’s Federal parliament.

At least 15 Federal seats are now in the hands of Islamic voters with populations of between 5 per cent and 22.67 per cent with many more seats likely to swing on the Islamic vote.

Two seats that have over a 20 per cent Islam component are held by Labor, including Blaxland at 22.67 per cent (Jason Clare) and Watson at 20.25 per cent (Tony Burke).

Despite the swing to the LNP at the latest election, all but 3 of the 15 seats are held by Labor with the next election promising a clean sweep to Islam/Labor of up to 21 seats with substantial Islamic minorities.

Labor is pro Palestinian for good reason and the Coalition is desperately placating Islamic leaders at every turn as Islam permeates our Parliament.

In a sharp response to the Government’s foreshadowed legislation on home grown terrorism, Australia’s Grand Mufti, Ibrahim Abu Mohammad has demanded Muslims be allowed to travel where they wish overseas and be allowed unrestricted re-entry to Australia. He claimed this was a basic right of all Muslims.

In an incredible statement he reassured Australians that, if necessary, “We will re-educate them when they return.”

The mufti, in a successful attempt to influence who sits in Australia’s Parliament, in an email to Labor MPs, said Islam had worked hard to retain a Labor government. The Mufti had angrily threatened two days after the last election, that the Muslim community would withdraw support for Labor if Senator Carr was replaced with Paul Howes.

The email began with, “Dear Jason, Tony, Julie and Ed”.  Referring to Jason Clare, the member for Blaxland, Tony Burke, the member for Watson, Julie Owens, the member for Parramatta, and (Brother) Ed Husic, the member for Chifley. All have electorally critical Muslim numbers in their Western Sydney electorates.

“As you know we have worked very hard to marshal our community to support and successfully retain the majority of ALP seats in Western Sydney against all odds, and the choice of Paul (Howes) will threaten our efforts to maintain this momentum, especially if new elections are called in the new year.”

High-profile union boss, Paul Howes, subsequently withdrew his bid to take Bob Carr’s soon-to-be-vacant senate seat.

Even Liberal MP, Craig Laundy, whose seat of Reid has an 18 percent Muslim population, has bowed to Muslim pressure. Laundy, who describes himself as “pro-Palestinian”, in appeasement of his Muslim constituency, has publicly opposed any changes to the Section 18C of the notorious Racial Discrimination Act.

And in a huge policy back-flip, Prime Minister, Tony Abbott, in an effort to appease the Islamic lobby, has shelved plans to repeal Section 18C.

Such is the power of the Islamic vote.

And it will only grow more powerful.
